OUR TIME TOGETHER
As the longest day of the year unfolds, we invite you to step into a space of reflection, intention, and connection. The summer solstice is a time of new beginnings—a chance to embrace the season’s energy with patience, nourishment, and trust.
Join us for a restorative experience in nature, where we’ll slow down, tune in, and realign with what truly matters.
Guided Walk – Begin with a mindful journey through the woods, setting the tone for the session.
Circle Gathering – A welcoming space for connection and quiet reflection.
Sensory Awareness – Notice the tiny details, selecting something that mirrors your inner state at the start and end of our time together.
Meditation, Breathwork & Yoga – Gentle practices to help you feel grounded and open to all that nature gifts us.
Reflective Questions – Thoughtful seasonal prompts to encourage insight and self-discovery.
Nourishing Refreshments – Herbal tea & a nutritious power-ball, whilst you enjoy time to savour and absorb the experience of our morning together.
Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with yourself and the rhythms of the season.
Step into the summer light. Step into renewal.

“Alice had a gentle and serene aura as she guided us through some poses, I felt comfortable and safe. Her variation on savasana was beautiful, viewing the wind blowing in the trees as we laid in nature, it was something I had never experienced. I left feeling calm and connected with nature and those around me. Being able to pause, whilst surrounded by trees, hearing the birds, brought awareness to the importance of stopping. Thank you Alice”

“Afterwards I felt lighter, something happened during that day and some of the heaviness I had been carrying lifted. It was a true reminder of the power of nature; time; space; breathing and of human connection. Huge thanks to Alison for creating such a positive and life affirming day”
